​Having relocated from London to DR Congo in 2021, I was commissioned to create a series of postcards featuring traditional Congolese foods, drinks, animals, objects, and buildings. My primary objective was to represent authentic Congolese culture, avoiding common tropes that indulge a cliched view of 'Africa'
